2. Visiting this website
This website is a simple informational site. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools, and we do not create user profiles.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data necessary to deliver the pages and protect the service (such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). This data is processed for the technical operation and security of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is retained only as long as needed for these purposes.
The site loads a typeface from Google Fonts. In doing so, your browser connects to Google servers, which may process your IP address. You can block this in your browser without affecting the site's content.
3. Contacting us by email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence only as long as necessary for this purpose or as required by law.
4. Disclosure and transfers
We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by service providers we rely on (website hosting and email). Some may be located outside Switzerland or the EU/EEA; in such cases we ensure adequate protection, for example through recognised adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page.
